Yes, we can certainly ask them. One special feature of the Lealta Benefits Card scheme is that we will try to secure new discounts txhat people request. This is not just for restaurants but for any suitable business. Get in touch via the Contact Us page and we’ll see what we can do for you.

How will I find out about new discounts added to the scheme without constantly logging on to the website?

Whilst we would hope that you log on to our website everyday, we understand that isn’t always practical. That’s why we send out regular Discount Bulletin emails with details of brand new savings or discounts on the scheme. These emails are of course optional and you can opt out of receiving them if you so wish.

I tried using my card at a clothes shop at the weekend but the shopkeeper did not recognize the card. As a result I had to pay the full price for the items I purchased. Can I still claim my discount?

Yes, you can, and of course we are very sorry that you experienced any problems. Let us know where and when the problem occurred and we will see to it that you receive the discount you were entitled to. We do keep all our participating outlets informed about the card and its design, but very occasionally problems will arise.

Also remember that not all discounts are redeemed using the card instore. Some involve a phone call, printing off a coupon, ordering online or purchasing vouchers – please always check our website for full details.

There appear to be a variety of methods to redeem my benefits and discounts how do they work?

Different retailers require different methods of redemption to ensure you get your full discounts. All 'local retailers' will give you your benefit or discount by production of a valid employee benefit card.

National retailers will give you your benefit or discount provided you perform the task described in the how to redeem section of each individual retailer.
