The Lealta Group of Companies was established in November 2006 by Michael Dougherty, Matthew Longworth and Mark Williamson.

The Company was established to offer a fresh and vibrant approach to the delivery of Benefit, Loyalty, Reward and Recognition schemes for Clients across the UK, to assist in employee and customer recruitment and retention.

Success came quickly with the implementation of a comprehensive range of services for a major client, Gold Medal Travel Group Plc, who utilize the services of Lealta to deliver added value to employees, customers, and also a network of Travel Agents through the pioneering white label Reward programme "GoldMedalFarebank".

Having relocated to spacious self contained offices in Blackpool in Summer 2007, Lealta is now looking forward to increasing its growing Client Base, and working in partnership with its Clients to deliver unique added value solutions to their customers and employees.
